Please arrange access to the relevant rooms, consumer unit and any affected external areas, and make sure furniture or stored items are moved where they obstruct the work.
What information helps with a fault-finding visit?
Describe what stopped working, when it began, whether a fuse or circuit breaker has operated, and which sockets, lights or appliances are affected.
Can I ask for help after the job?
Yes. Email admin@chopracircuits.co.uk with your name, job details and a description or photograph of the issue so the completed work can be reviewed.
